RETURN POLICY


All sales are final.  We will not take back any toys that have been exposed to birds. This policy is in place for the health and safety of your birds. Of course, if there was an error on our part we will gladly work to get it sorted out.



SHIPPING POLICY


We ship with Canada Post. Your shopping cart will automatically add your shipping cost and will be included in your final total. Your order will be shipped within 48 hrs. 



ORDERING


  • We use the Secure PayPal ordering system to process payments 
  • Currently we can only accept credit card payments through Paypal.
  • Canadian personal checks are accepted but will have to clear the bank before we are able to ship your products.
  • Money orders are accepted
  • We accept Email Money transfers, available through all major Canadian banks
